Product Colors and Availability
General Shipping Information
All shipping and handling charges are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping to 50 U.S. States
We send orders via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to choose the particular package delivery company in any instance in order to maintain our low, flat rate shipping charges.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow one week before contacting us if you've not received your purchase. All orders are shipped within the U.S. for $6.95.
Shipping to Canada, and Other Countries
We are not currently shipping outside of the United States. We apologize that we are not able to offer this service at this time.
On occasion, between placement of an order and updates to the website an item may sell out. This is especially true for clearance items with low prices. Our policy is to partial ship an order, then refund the out-of-stock item. This means that you may receive less than your entire order, and for clearance items you may not be able to return what you received.

KneeShorts Clothing Company offers a
30-day unconditional guarantee. We cheerfully accept all returns
postmarked within 30 days of the receipt date.
Items marked as "Close out" or "clearance" are the only exception. All closeout or clearance
sales are final with no exchanges or returns unless there is an error
on our part. Customer bears responsibility for successful return, so you may want to
consider using delivery confirmation and insurance.
If we are informed that the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or our error, we will reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs up to the amount of the initial shipping charges paid by the customer for the order.
If you choose to return for a refund any part of your order for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect, your refund will not include your initial shipping charges.
Any returns not in accordance with this return policy are subject to a $7.95 restocking fee per pair. You will not be charged a restocking fee for merchandise exchanges, nor will you be charged shipping costs to ship the new merchandise to you.
While we have attempted to give you as much accurate information as possible in our size charts, we cannot guarantee a proper fit based on the charts. Reliance on the charts does not entitle you to a refund contrary to the policies stated here.
Notwithstanding anything above, please note the following. "Manufacturing defects" do not include items your desire to return because the fit or sizing was not what you hoped or expected. Do not return defective items until you first send us an e-mail with a photo attached showing the defect. After receiving your e-mail, we will at our discretion determine whether you should return the item at our expense or keep the item, and also at our discretion determine whether we will send a replacement item or refund your purchase.

The on-line ordering page is a secure page. To test the security, look for a closed lock or unbroken key at either the bottom left or bottom right corners of the page. The location depends on your browser. You can also tell when you are in a secure area because the URL line of your browser changes from "http" to "https".
Do not send your credit card number in an e-mail to us. E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure method for sending this information.
KneeShorts Clothing Company collects sales tax from customers located in Nevada. We do not believe we are required to collect sales tax in any other jurisdiction because we do not maintain physical business operations in any other location. You will be asked for your ship-to zip code when ordering. If that zip/postal code is inside of Nevada, you will be charged sales tax, and that will be remitted to the state of Nevada.
We do not announce sales prices or special deals in advance since, in many instances, we announce those deals and prices as soon as we make the decision. Also, we do not apply sales prices or special deals retroactively. If you recently purchased an item that is now on sale, you can take comfort in knowing that you have been able to enjoy the product sooner than the person who buys it later. Of course, if it makes sense in your situation, you are free to return your recently purchased item according to our return policies and reorder at the sale price.
Occasionally we are out of a size/color combination for a particular
product. We strive to update availability on our product pages as quickly as possible.
However, occasionally we receive multiple orders near the same time for the same color/size,
and we run out before all orders for that color/size can be filled.
If that happens, we will offer another color, or offer a refund.
Color swatches shown on the product page are approximate. We try our very best to match color swatches with the color of the product, but those color swatches look different on every monitor. So, when you receive the product the color may not be identical to how your computer displays it. If you need something in an exact color to match an outfit, it probably is best not to purchase it online.
Buying clothing online can be tricky and involves an element of risk. Getting proper fit
through the mail is a trial-and-error process. No specific industry standards exist for
sizing (especially for ladies' sizes). What size you may wear in another brand or from
another store may or may not be equivalent to KneeShorts' sizing.
In addition, due to the mass production processes involved in making clothing and the fact that KneeShorts
uses a variety of manufacturers, there is no guarantee of consistent sizing from
style-to-style and even within the same style.
While our return and exchange rate for all our customers is only 10-15%, some customers may become frustrated by trying to get the best size for each of the styles ordered - especially since this trial-and-error process may cost additional amounts for postage. We attempt to give generalized fitting information in our size charts, but there is no guarantee that a particular pair of shorts will be the same measurements as the size chart. While we greatly appreciate your business, if you are not comfortable with the risks involved in attempting to find your correct size, we suggest that buying through the mail may not be something you want to do.
